The class was previously taught live and is now available to watch on replay. The class took place within a private Facebook group where the videos can be watched as many times as needed and I remain available to answer any questions and provide guidance if needed.
Once registration is complete an email inviting you to join the private Facebook group where classes take place will be sent. Once you are added to the group all the videos are available for viewing which have been filed under guides. If you do not recieve an email please message me directly here or on Facebook. n this class we will be revisiting some of my original techniques taught in the Textured Patina Class and building on them with a subtle whimisical harlequin design with Old World rustic charm and decoupaged embellishment. So many of the techniques and design aspects on this one piece can be used all on their own!
If Whimsy and texture are not your thing, I’ve got something for you too… on our second piece we will be simplifying our design with subtle blending in a neutral and earthy color pallet and finish with lime wash. In keeping with my own personal style, this piece will have it’s own unique rustic appeal.
For the classes third and final piece we will return to our love of texture with a pottery inspired piece featuring a raised stencil.
When teaching these classes it is always important to me that I inspire you to think outside of the box and find own personal style, to take inspiration from unexpected places and apply them to your furniture design. This class will arm you with the tools and knowledge to create multiple finishes.
Please note that some repetitive processes are completed off camera or pre-prepped making it easier for replay and locating content. I will briefly go over my prep process for each piece, however this class is focused on technique.
